Do I need a prescription or doctor's note to use my FSA/HSA?

You do not need a prescription or doctor’s note in order to use your FSA or HSA funds on katefarms.com. You will need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) to use your FSA or HSA, which you can obtain at the time of checkout on katefarms.com through a brief application process.

Here’s how the process works:

• Shop as usual on katefarms.com and add eligible products to your cart.
• Go to checkout and choose Sika Health when asked how you want to pay with FSA/HSA.
• Take a quick survey and share information to apply for a LMN (Letter of Medical Necessity).
• A healthcare professional from Sika Health will review your application for a LMN, and you will hear back instantaneously.
  • If Sika Health provides you a LMN, you will automatically be charged your FSA/HSA funds + additional payment methods towards your cart.

Once an LMN is obtained, you can use your LMN ID for future purchases on katefarms.com within a 12 month period. But you'll have to continue to place one-time orders rather than a subscription.
