You can change your shipping address within the first hour after placing your order, before it’s sent to our distributor to start processing.
How it works:
- Open your order confirmation email.
- Click View your order.
- If your order is still eligible for changes, you’ll see a Change Shipping Address button.
- Update your address and save your changes.
Note: If you don’t see the option to change your address, your order may already be processing and can’t be edited. Once an order begins processing or ships, we’re unable to make address changes.
