Kate Farms eGift cards can only be used for purchases made directly on katefarms.com. They are not accepted on Amazon or other retail websites.
Can I Use a Kate Farms eGift Card on Subscription Products?
At this time, eGift cards cannot be used as a form of payment for subscription orders. We recommend checking back in the future, as this may change.
Will My Kate Farms eGift Card Expire?
No. Kate Farms eGift cards do not expire and can be used at any time as long as there is a remaining balance.
How Do I Purchase an eGift Card for a Family Member or Friend?
To send a Kate Farms eGift card to someone else, purchase the gift card as you normally would. Once you receive the eGift card confirmation email, you can forward that email to the person you’d like to receive it.
We recommend saving the original confirmation email for your records in case you need to reference it later.
How Will I Receive My Kate Farms eGift Card?
After your purchase, you will receive a standard order confirmation email with your order number. You will also receive a separate email for each eGift card purchased with the subject line “Your eGift Card Is Ready.”
This email includes the eGift card details and confirms the available balance.
How Do I Check the Balance on My Kate Farms eGift Card?
Check via email:
Open the email you received when your eGift card was issued. The subject line will say “Your eGift Card Is Ready.” Click the View eGift Card Balance button to see the remaining balance.
