Sika Health helps you use HSA or FSA funds to purchase Kate Farms products on our site. Sika Health does so by verifying eligibility and createing a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) so you can use your benefits at checkout.
You can utilize Sika Health by following these steps:
- Select Sika Health as your payment method at checkout when using an FSA/HSA card.
- Complete a short online questionnaire to request a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).
- A licensed provider reviews your request—most approvals happen within minutes.
If approved, your HSA/FSA card is charged automatically and your order is processed. If the LMN isn’t approved, the charge is reversed and you can choose another payment method.
Please note: Sika Health can only be used for one-time purchases on the Kate Farms website and is not currently available for subscription orders.
