· Place of Purchase
· Order number, if the product was purchased from katefarms.com
· Proof of purchase, if the product was purchased from an authorized seller
· The specific reason for your refund or replacement request
Your request must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.
Once your request is received, a member of our Customer Care team will follow up with you. Please hold onto the product for now, as we may request that it be returned to us for further review. If you purchased from katefarms.com and your request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within three to five business days.
Kate Farms reserves the right to verify information, require proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the program.
